Introductory Universal Sufi Practices

Come join us for a continuation of introduction to Universal Sufi Practices.

We’ll be reviewing the 5 Elemental Breaths and Deepening into the Earth Breath this session. There will be time for short readings, meditative chant, and sharing circle.

Please bring a cushion to sit on if you prefer to be seated on the ground. We do have chairs available as well.
