Online Mindfulness Meditation
Experience Introductory teachings of Mindfulness Meditation.
No experience needed. Learn about beginning and introductory practices.
Format includes a talk about a specific practice, a 15-20 minute meditation
experience of each topic along with a Q&A period to help clarify the practices.

Ongoing Sufi Practice Group
Universal Sufi is a path where all paths to the Divine are honored. In the group, we introduce basic practices consisting of breathwork, meditation,
esoteric teachings, chanting, poems and stories.
No previous knowledge or experience of a mystical path is needed
just an open heart and mind. All hearts welcome
